The Q Revo is a great option for those looking for an affordable robot vacuum and mop. It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In the course of testing, it was able to tackle dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard flooring. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, like cheaper models do, to identify your home.

It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are widely used however we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has a superior filtration system that blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. We think this is a nice claim however, it's not enough to justify a higher price.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors that keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map your interior. It can then clean your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q Revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those found on higher-end models. Its mopping system is superior as its spinning pads scrub your floors much better than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

It's only downside is the lack of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. However, that's not a major issue when you're looking to purchase one of the best combo robot vacuum mop robots on the market. The dust tank on the robovac is larger than many of its competitors, and filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you have maximum dirt.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, and the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough stains. It also comes with an auto-cleaning base station that automatically cleans and empty mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also features a new sensor system that is able to better detects obstacles, granting it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, more modern design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best robot pet known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. Although it's still quite large--it's more than two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot and its base are less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can complete a cleaning of approximately 1,500 square feet with just one charge. It also has a larger and more robust dustbin that can store more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with a host of convenience features you aren't likely to find on robots of this price. It can create detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also one of the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great however they can place the L10s in the luxury category. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It's tall and slim, with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine features an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, while clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The control panel is the circular menu which lets you choose cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons open the settings of the app which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
